NetExplorer consists of a Windows Client and a VMS Server. The Windows Client runs on Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows XP PCs which have either the DECnet connectivity component of Pathworks32 or TCP/IP. The VMS Server runs on all versions of VMS for VAX, Alpha, and Itanium. The NetExplorer Client and Server communicate using either DECnet or TCP/IP.
